We got a Vizio VW42LFHDTV this spring, and for the most part, it's been a nice TV.  My biggest initial complaint was the lack of a button on the remote control to change the aspect ratio. Depending on my mood, I may want to listen to rock, comedy, or news.  NPR is only on Sirius, so that was an obvious choice.  Unfortunately, none of the US-originated news stations is very good.  There are several of them, but they're all seriously flawed.  NPR only does hour-long programs like Fresh Air. I use it to keep a backup of my teaching files from my notebook computer on my USB drive.  Then, I use FileSync again on a desktop computer to keep a copy there, too. Also, the various varieties of Diet Coke (C2, Zero, CFDC, didn't try Diet Coke with Splenda) are all good, though Caffeine-free did the best.
