U2's Bono said the above words during the Golden Globe Awards, and the FCC actually decided that it wasn't that bad. This is in part because "the performer used the word 'f---ing' as an adjective or expletive to emphasize an exclamation." Apparently it's only indecent language if it actually refers to sex or excrement.
